We are opening a new chapter for Apex One. Our new online shop is now ready for sales, with a clear focus on professional sim racing hardware, practical product knowledge and reliable order handling from the first question to final delivery.

This is not just a catalogue of products. Apex One is built around real sim racing experience. We operate a sim-racing centre and showroom in Wrocław, where Qubic System equipment is used in practice across different racing and motion configurations. Products available in the shop are handled through our warehouse in Nadolice Wielkie, close to the Motion Systems production facilities. This gives us direct access to Qubic System hardware and allows us to prepare orders with proper control over stock, packing and shipment. We pay special attention to secure transport. Large motion systems are prepared in solid transport crates or on pallets, depending on the product and destination. Smaller components are packed and protected carefully as well. Our role does not end when the product is added to the cart - we want the whole process to be clear, safe and predictable.

We already have experience delivering sim racing equipment to customers in more than a dozen countries across four continents. Moving more of our sales online does not make Apex One a faceless virtual storefront. We keep real stock, handle the equipment ourselves and work with Qubic System hardware in real sim racing environments. Our showroom operates in the Sky Tower complex in Wrocław, Poland, where selected products from our store - including Qubic System motion platforms and advanced sim racing components - are installed, configured and used by drivers on a regular basis. This hands-on experience allows us to understand what we sell beyond specifications: how the equipment performs, how it should be configured and what customers should consider before choosing their setup.

An automated checkout is a great start, but heavy, high-end equipment needs to actually reach you safely. Advanced actuator systems and heavy-duty rigs are not your average parcels that can just be thrown into a cardboard box.

At our dedicated logistics center in Nadolice Wielkie, we approach packing with extreme care. We ship larger devices and motion platforms in custom, heavy-duty wooden transport crates, while other components are strictly secured on pallets. From the shelf in our warehouse, through the heavy-duty packing process, to the moment it is handed to the courier—the entire journey is under our strict control. It doesn't matter if the package is traveling to a neighboring country or flying to another continent; it will be protected.
